Gymnasium ( it is a Greek term ) is the full form of the GYM, GYM directly connect with fitness of the person . A GYM is the place (building, club, a large room), for workout and where we go and do exercise with the help of equipment , machines and weights and many more activities we do. It is an indoor location for athletics.
By the gym exercise you got a perfect fitness and perfect body shape and energy also, give you long life.
Most important exercise of GYM :
- Strength training - As we old in our age , we lose our muscles mass, so with help of this exercise we builds it back.
Wilson says- "Regular strength training will help you feel more confident and capable of daily tasks like carrying groceries, gardening and lifting heavier objects around the house. Strength training will also help you stand up from a chair , get up off the floor and upstairs".- Aerobic exercise - This exercise helps us for blood vessel walls , burn body fat. It speeds up our heart rate and breathing , this is important for many body functions.
Wilson says- "If you are too winded to walk a fight of stairs , that is a good indicator that you need more aerobic exercise to help condition your heart and lungs and get enough blood to your muscles to help them work efficiently."- Balance exercise - Balance exercise improve our balance , in it include standing on on one foot or walking heel to toe.
Wilson says- "The good news is that training your balance can help prevent and reverse these losses".- Stretching - Stretching helps make muscles more flexible and more strong and reduce pain and the risk for injury.
Wilson says- "However don not push a stretch into the painful range. That tightens the muscle and is counterproductive".- Squats

- Bench press
- Leg press
