LUNCH TIME 


Lunch time a break time in the day,
To eat ,relax , rest and take a play,
From the rush and pressure of the day ,
Lunch time a respite come what may.
Enjoy some food , sit in the sun,
Or chat with fun and have some fun,
Or perhaps a book or podcast to entertain, 
As you let your mind wander and abstain. 
A time to refuel and recharge ,
Before returning to work's large,
Lunchtime is a moment to pause ,
And forget about work's busy cause.
So take a breath and let it be,
A time to rest and feel free,
Lunchtime is a gift it is true,
A chance to reset and renew.
Saver the flavours , enjoy the break ,
And return to work , refreshed and awake .
