Sleep can be beneficial to all. But, most of them lack sleep, because of many reasons.
These reasons could be
1) Continuous hours of screen time.
2) Taking a kip in the morning.
3) Tension from the heads in their work environment.
4) Creative mind
5) Family issues
6) Health issues.
1) Reducing screen time can help to mitigate sleeping disorder to a certain extent. This is essential, as it can cause problems for the person ( it could be a kid to an old man). So, do reduce screen time as much as possible. But, it also varies.
2) Avoid taking short sleep during the day. Make your body really tired by night. So, that, you can sleep like a baby.
3) Tension from work place could be another reason for your lack of sleep. Try to solve office, school or other issues related to your work environment, at your work place.
4) Creative minds lack sleep. Their mind wanders off to various destination, once they decide to sleep. So, most of them stay awake during midnights. If you are a creative writer, do pen your thoughts in a notepad and then relax. This method will help you nod off soon. As, your mind will be at rest after you note it down. Do give it a try.
5) Do solve issues in the family before you end your day. This will help you get a good sleep.
6) The most important is to take good care of yourself. Otherwise, you will feel bad when you wake up every morning.
So, these are a few methods I try daily to get some sleep.
