Recently, I had the opportunity to read a post written by my daughter. It was written in English. Apart from the two genders, male and female, third gender is also in the world. Among these three genders, there is an unwritten rule that women should perform household duties while men should hold high professional positions and be personable individuals. This practice has existed since the Stone Age until today. The third gender, however, is suppressed and cannot assert itself. So, who established these roles? The essence of the post revolves around how we can achieve true equality.

Now, I will continue from where that post left off. Throughout history, it has been an unwritten rule that women stay at home while men go out. The biggest question before us now is, who will challenge and change this status quo? Will it be men or women? How can we bring about this change?

Change cannot happen overnight or in a single moment. It is not easy to rectify outdated practices.

If a woman desires equality with man in all fields, she must strive for it herself. It is essential to think independently, make resolute decisions, and elevate oneself. It is important to remember that in this social transformation, men who have excelled thus far will provide support.

What path can facilitate this change? It is "Education". If we aim to bring about a societal transformation, where both men and women shine equally in all fields, education is the key. Education is akin to a third eye for women. Achieving success through the power of knowledge surpasses achieving it through physical strength or material possessions. Such victories are lasting and permanent.

Nothing can surpass the strength of a person who asserts themselves through knowledge. Therefore, the education a girl receives can shape her future and contribute to a healthy societal revitalization.

Education alone opens the doors to knowledge. The knowledge acquired through education creates opportunities for employment. An economy built on employment fosters a practical life. Through comprehensive education, developed knowledge, and industrial contributions, women can create a world of value. The same principle applies to the third gender as well.

All individuals are equal in the eyes of nature. The notion of a man-made structure, where men are outdoors and women are indoors, must be changed. Raising awareness about this issue will bring about a significant societal transformation. It will pave the way for genuine equality for men in all fields.
