*Self-assessment*

The question before all of us is how to enrich ourselves in a creative way and address the dilemmas we face in the present.

In my opinion, the answer to this question lies within ourselves rather than seeking external solutions.

Despite being disturbed by certain events, practices, and the traits of the people we associate with, we remain united as a family.

We will stay together with our family until the end. Therefore, when confronted with the question of protecting ourselves from tormenting things, we should search for the answer within ourselves.

"Patience" is the greatest weapon in the world. Moreover, "silence" can hold significant power in many situations. However, it is "self-esteem" that truly overcomes such problems.

When you are fully aware of your self-esteem or acknowledge that the problems surrounding you are beyond your control, no one else can make assumptions about you.

I would like to share something at this point. Every morning for the past ten years, I have been going to work at our company. After a short distance from the company, I reach the main road. Every day, I witness a scene there that deeply saddens me. It involves a municipal garbage truck parked in one place, and five women who collect the garbage dumped somewhere on the road and transfer it to a garbage cart. These women might be around thirty years old. Seeing them as I continue my journey beyond that point pains me. After a short distance, I pass by JKK Engineering College. Many students enter the college happily, and a few female professors arrive on two-wheelers or in cars. This makes me contemplate: why such a vast disparity? These women—the same ones—some are engaged in littering, while others pretend to be college professors. With these thoughts, I continue on my way, but my heart aches.

So, what is happening here?

Two factors come into play.

Firstly, our brains are influenced by the things instilled in us from a young age. The human brain is complex, and the knowledge stored in our brain guides us in every phase of our lives.

Secondly, our peace of mind is not solely determined by economics.

The garbage pickers carry out their work without shedding tears; they work with smiles on their faces. They accept their circumstances. However, my concern is that they should progress beyond this stage.

Therefore, while education, friends, surroundings, and family contribute to shaping us, it is through self-assessment, utilizing the knowledge and intelligence stored in our brains, that we can rise above. Self-esteem can solve seemingly unsolvable problems and allow us to carry ourselves with dignity.
