In the chamber of thoughts where chaos resides, Where whispers of worry and confusion collide, There echoes a clamor, a dissonant strain, A symphony of mind noise, driving me insane.

Like a tempest unleashed, it rages inside, A torrent of words, impossible to hide, Endless chatter, relentless and loud, A cacophony of voices, in a maddening crowd.

The past and future, they intertwine, Anxious regrets and dreams intertwine, What-ifs and maybes, they dance and they sway, Filling the silence, consuming the day.

The mind becomes cluttered, a tangled maze, Lost in the labyrinth, a bewildering haze, A jumble of worries, a tangle of fears, Obscuring clarity, blurring what's near.

But in the midst of the chaos, there's a whispering plea, A longing for stillness, a desire to be free, To silence the mind noise, find a tranquil shore, And let the calm waters wash away the uproar.

For within the noise, there's wisdom to glean, If only we listen, embrace the serene, In the stillness, the answers may unfurl, And the noise of the mind can finally unfurl.

So let us seek solace in silence's embrace, Find respite from the mind's relentless race, Embrace the quietude, let the noise fade away, And find serenity in each breath we sway.

For amidst the mind noise, there's a place to reside, Where peace and clarity gently abide, In the sanctuary of stillness, where calmness can grow, The mind noise may linger, but it no longer holds the show.
