Reaching goals can bring out our best and worst. The thrill of leaning into a goal needs weighing against the angst of making slow progress. It can be a stressful business.
Few things to keep in mind that will yield positive result.

1.Judgement Relies On Certainty:
Focus is lost: Leading to distraction.
Frustration rises: Tensing muscles, tightening joints and holding toxic stress internally.
Impatience swells: Thoughts go random, indignation rises and emotions feast on the internal melt-down.

 6. When Things Donโ€™t go as Planned, don't panic but re-visit your process.
Remember 
Brooding over the spilt milk does not solve the issue but working the concrete solution is the appropriate approach.
Worrying over the things that are not under your control will only increase your tension and stress but not solve your problem.
worry about the things that are under your control you will be a happy and # successful person.  
If a snake is near you. Closing your eyes the snake will not disappear .Solution would be needed to remove the snake.
peace calmness and methodically work will ease out your stress and give encouraging results.
