Festive of lights (Poem)

Two different stories but one huge celebration,

This festive is blessed with the act of purgation.

Every Indian cherishes their houses with light,

To follow our tradition with love and might.

Sweets are tasted without any restrictions today,

Because it’s a day of lights and light of the day.

Crackers broke our ears but fetch delight,

Let’s celebrate the great festive finally in the moonlight.
