Again a vengeful spirit of Japan. It is believed that few years back a little girl used to hear taunts from everyone because of her dark complexion.. Her family members even started scolding her.. She always considered her fate to be bad because of her dark complexion.. Because of everyone's bad words. That girl was dying every day. One day she was returning from school in the metro. Some middle aged girls were also traveling in her metro, who often harassed that little girl and made fun of her. Similarly, that day also those girl students harassed her a lot. The prank went so far that when they got off the metro, they jokingly pushed the little girl onto the track of the oncoming metro. The oncoming metro cut that little girl into two parts. Some people say that even after being cut into two parts, the girl was alive for some moments but no one helped her. From that day onwards, whenever any person's life is in danger at night, the spirit of that girl definitely comes to save him.. and that is why the people of Japan named that spirit as Teke Teke.. She is a vengeful spirit, who lurks in urban areas and around train stations at night. Since she no longer has a lower body, she travels on her hands, dragging her upper torso and making a scratching or "teke teke"-like sound, produced either by her elbows or the end of her bisected body scraping the ground. If she encounters an individual, she will chase them and slice them in half at the waist, killing them in such a way that mimics her own disfigurement.
