Jumping Classes



In my childhood days, my Pa gave me Jumping classes. It was filled with lots of fun. I still do it. It's another way of keeping myself occupied. When I jump, I feel like glad within. 



 How it helps me:

1) I stay happy. 

2) It frees my mind from stress. 

3) Keeps me energetic. 

4) Helps me pace around  my mini galaxy for hours. Especially after I do this jumping exercise. 

 So, these jumping classes, that I had are still an integral part of my life.
