Defining work-life balance involves looking at how working people manage time spent at and outside of work. Time outside of work may include managing relationships, family responsibilities, and other outside interests and hobbies. In short managing business life and personal life together.
We can also say Work Life balance is making an impact at work and in the world without sacrificing your personal healthy or happiness for it. Having a positive impact on your family members.
So it also means that work life balance is really about feeling content in who you are and the decisions that you’re making. It begins with your mindset and it’s not something that you find.
Since work life balance is created (not found), it’s imperative to understand the reasons why work life balance is important and how to go about it.
