Walk
Walking is a good excercise.
It keeps you energetic.
I travel two hours daily.
One hour in the morning.
Another hour in the evening.
It's filled with lots of fun.
I enjoy bus rides. Especially, to get on the bus, I plod half an hour in the morning.
Same in the evening.
It has helped me get stronger.
Also, ambling to various locations, is a good experience.
Along with it, it's a good excercise for one's legs.
So, plod ( walk ) as much as you can.
