The first day of my school

My first day of school was good as well as bad. I was always happy with the name of the school because my elder sister always used to make me laugh by telling stories from her school.  I thought that when I grow up, I will also go to school and have a lot of fun and laugh a lot.  As soon as I grew up, I was admitted to the school.  I was very happy that now I will also go to school. Now the day had come when I had to go to school for the first time.  I happily got ready wearing the school uniform.  In no time daddy came and we both walked towards the school. As reached the school gate, I was put inside the school.  Daddy left me and went back home and I was left there alone.  That was the first day I went somewhere without my parents.I looked to my right and left and saw many people with unknown faces.I didn't know whom to talk to? Then a nice lady came and led me to the room.In that room I saw that there are many children of my age sitting, some of whom are laughing and some are crying.I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. Within no time I started missing home very much and tears started flowing from my eyes. Seeing me crying, my teacher came to me.  She started playing with me by giving me a lot of toffees. I started enjoying her company.  It was as if I was playing with my mother.After spending the whole time with her, I was told that my father had come to pick me up. On hearing Daddy's name, I jumped with joy and ran towards the gate.I said bye to the teacher and ran to Daddy.I really enjoyed the first day.  So I thought that now I will go to school everyday.
