Chapter 5 

The room started to shake slightly and then I wasn't standing in the kitchen with 3 year old Liam in my arms but instead I was standing in between my parents. I looked down at myself and almost shrieked in despair. I was wearing a yellow dress with white daisies on them. My parents were talking but I already knew what they were speaking about. I was to go with them to the Alpha's tent. They were supposed to 'talk.' 

I half listened to what they were saying as they started walking in front of me. My mom motioned for me to follow her and I did. I walked a couple of feet behind them when I heard someone say, "Psst." I looked around and there was only trees everywhere, "Over here." I heard someone whisper again. I looked around again and that's when I saw the golden eyes of Liam. I sighed in relief and began to slow my steps. My parents were only three feet away when I turned and ran towards Liam. I leaped into his arms and wrapped my legs around his waist.

When I pulled away I looked at him. He was only about twelve or thirteen but he was still Liam. I sighed in his arms and he pulled me close, "I will only ever love you." He whispered in my ear before he pulled back a bit and pressed a kiss to my cheek making me blush, "Come on. My mom and dad are here." He said and pulled me deeper into the trees.

I smiled and followed after him. I could deny him nothing and I knew deep inside he couldn't deny me anything either, "Megara." Lily said as she stepped from behind a tree with four large wolves with her. They were all much larger than all the wolves in my pack and they made Lily seem dainty and small standing next to them, "Lucas and I are going to go talk to your Alpha while Liam takes you to the house." She said and started walking towards the Alpha's tent that could be seen through the trees in the distance.

Liam looked at me and even now he was much taller and larger than I was, "Sorry I took so long." He said and started leading me through the trees and before I knew it we were on a road.

"You came just at the right time." I said as he held onto my hand.

"You know that our future has changed now." He whispered as we headed towards a limo.

I nodded and gave our hands a little swing, "I still remember though and trust me I will never forget it." I whispered looking up at him.

Liam smiled and opened the door to the limo, "This time we don't have to wait that long maybe until you're sixteen or something." He said making me laugh as a slight blush went up his cheeks.

I got into the limo and waited until Liam had closed the door before sliding closer to him and laying my head on his shoulder, "Four more years." I whispered before looking at him. Before I could chicken out, even though I remembered everything from before. This body still hadn't had it's first kiss or it's first anything for that matter and I wanted my first kiss to be with Liam. I wanted him to be my first everything. When I leaned into him, he stiffened a bit.

He looked into my eyes and I gave him a smile before I pressed my lips to his. He sighed and wrapped his arms around me and kissed me back before he pulled back, "Your first kiss." He whispered before he leaned in and gave me a peck on the lips, "Mine too." He said and leaned forward to nuzzle my neck, "I will mark you the only way I can right now." He said and leaned forward and sucked on my neck before he nibbled softly. I had stiffened in his arms a bit but relaxed. This was Liam, my mate.

We were still wrapped around each other when the door opened again. I heard someone clear their throat and we broke apart like the pre-teens we were. I looked over at Lucas and Liam and smiled at them before shifting to the side and resting my head back on Liam's shoulder, "Megara, you're going to be staying with us." Lucas said and closed the door after Lily. As soon as the door was closed the limo started moving away from my past and moving towards my future.

"Liam will swear his allegiance to you when he turns thirteen." Lily said as she settled into the seat next to Lucas.

I looked up at Liam and smiled, "You should relax, it'll be awhile before we get there." He whispered to me before pressing a kiss to my forehead.

I must've fallen asleep because when I opened my eyes the limo was starting to turn into a driveway lined by a large brick wall. When the limo came to a stop the door was opened and there stood Skye, Grant and Gabriel with large smiles on their faces, "Megara!" Skye said excitedly as I got out of the limo. 

"Skye." I said with a smile and gave him a hug and kiss on his cheek. 

"How does it feel not to have those memories from before?" Grant asked me with a slight smile. He had to be about fourteen.

"How old are you guys?" I asked them curiously as Liam grabbed my hand and started leading me into the large stone castle. 

"I'm fifteen," Grant said with a shrug, "Yeah I know I'm short. Skye's only twelve, Gabriel is fourteen and Liam is twelve he'll be thirteen in a couple of days." 

I smiled over at Liam as we started up a large spiral staircase, "Then you'll be all mine." I whispered to him making him blush. I was completely fascinated by it. Older Liam hadn't blushed as much as this Liam.

"I'm going to start calling Liam tomato." Skye said on a laugh as he saw Liam's face. 

"Shut up." Liam said with a large grin on his face and shoved Skye who slipped in the landing and fell to his ass. 

"Thanks a lot Liam." He said with a frown on his face, "I think I sat in pee." When he stood there was a big wet spot on his ass making everyone laugh. Grant and Gabriel pointed at his butt and collapsed onto the floor laughing. Skye frowned and made a disgusted face, "That's just gross." He said making an eww face before taking off down a hallway that I guessed led to his room. 

Liam shook his head and grabbed my hand, "Your room is this way." He said and led me down the opposite hall and towards a door at the end of the it. He opened the door and gestured for me to walk in ahead of him. 

Liam smiled and gestured up the stairs and that went up in a spiral and I headed up them, excited to see my room. When we reached the top there was another door before he opened it he looked over at me before covering my eyes with his hand and opening the door. We took a couple of steps into the room before he took his hand off my eyes. I know my eyes widened in surprise, the room was in a circle like I was inside a tower. I walked over to the nearest window and looked out. I was in a tower. I looked back at the room and saw a large four poster bed, with wispy curtains all in white. There was a phone on a turquoise nightstand. On the ceiling in the middle of the room there was a huge crystal chandelier. A dresser with a large golden mirror was in a corner and on the other side of the room were three doors. What did I need three doors for?

I walked over to one of the doors and opened it, a walk-in closet. I opened the door next to that one and it was just a large ass bathroom. I frowned, so what's the third door for? I opened it and walked into another room set up almost like mine but more boyish, "Liam is this your room?" I asked him looking back at him and when he nodded I couldn't help the smile that lit up my face, "You won't be using your bed. Our future may not have happened but I would feel weird sleeping alone." I said walking back over to him, "It's weird knowing exactly what your going to look like in eight years."

"I know how you feel," He whispered before brushing my hair off of my face, "Are you going to cut your hair?" 

I looked up at him and shook my head, "No way." I said and flicked my hair behind my back and leaned into him, "I'm hungry." I said and rubbed my forehead on his chest before he stepped back and looked into my eyes and frowned. 

"Megara are you okay?" He asked me as he brushed a hand against my forehead. 

"Yeah just hungry." I said with a smile. Liam cocked his head to the side before smiling and taking my hand in his. 

"I'll show you the way to the kitchens." He said and started back down the stairs. When we reached the main floor there was a little girl standing there. She couldn't have been any more than six and she was looking at me with such big eyes. Why did her eyes remind me of Nicola, "Nicola come on we're going to go eat something." He said to her confirming what I'd been thinking. 

That little girl was really Nicola, I looked over my shoulder at her and smiled. Her eyes widened before she smiled back at me and gave a little wave as she followed after us. When we walked into the kitchen Skye was digging through the refrigerator, Grant was sitting at the table shuffling a deck of cards while Gabriel sat in front of him watching his hands. Grant looked over at me and Liam and smiled, "Your mom baked some cookies but I don't know if we should we eat them. She threw one at your dad and I swear it thunked." 

Liam laughed, "I think we'll stay away from those." He said as I walked over to the refrigerator. 

I peered inside over Skye's shoulder, "Pass me the lemonade." I said patting him on his shoulder. He looked at me with a smile before handing me the lemonade. I rolled my eyes and started looking through the cabinets for a glass while Liam watched me as he leaned against the doorway, "So what do you do around here for fun?" I asked them as I poured myself some lemonade and sat at the table next to Grant. 

Grant smiled at me, "We could go to the beach." He said before looking over at Liam, "That's if your mom lets us go."

Liam shrugged, "It's only down the road. She won't say no." He said as Lily walked in and nudged him out of the doorway.

"You guys need to get out of the house." She said as she stared at us. Skye looked like he was going to die of boredom and Gabriel was staring off into space. Liam was staring at me, much like he had been doing since I first met him, "Let's pack up some stuff and lets get out of here." Lily said with a smile as she picked up Nicola in her arms and walked out of the room.

Liam smiled at me as Skye, Grant and Gabriel erupted into cheers, "Beach house." Liam explained when they had run out of the room. 

"I've never been to the beach." I said and smiled when Liam motioned for me to follow him out of the room.

"Mom will want us packed in ten minutes." Liam said as he rushed up the stairs in front of me.

I took a deep breath at the top of the stairs and looked over at Liam as he started down the hall, "You're fast." I said when I caught up to him in front of my bedroom door. He merely smiled and opened the door to my room.

"The clothes you'll need is in the dresser. I'll be right back." He said and walked into his room.

I looked around the room before walking into the closet. In the corner of the closet there was a suitcase. I dragged it out and started to throw clothes inside of it. When Liam walked back in I was trying, very unsuccessfully, to close the suitcase. He started to laugh and I looked over at him before sticking my tongue out at him and, finally, closed the suitcase, "I'm ready." I said and watched as he grabbed my suitcase and started out the door.

"Come on," He said with a grin and I followed him down the stairs, "Mom is already honking the horn." He said shaking his head.

When we walked outside I saw Lily sitting inside a jeep with Lucas sitting next to her, in the backseat sat Nicola. In another jeep there was a man with a woman and Grant was in the backseat having a shoving match with Gabriel. Skye was just starting to get in the car Lily was going to drive when Liam walked over and helped me in. I looked at Skye and smiled before scooting over so Liam could sit next to me.

Liam smiled at me and I leaned my head on his shoulder, this summer was going to be great.
